Stainlessbank (Pty) Ltd T/a Steelbank Stainless & Aluminium started off with humble beginnings in 2011. It was an idea that had lingered in the back of the minds of the Steelbank Group Directors for quite some years before deciding to take the plunge and try this business as another division of the already very well known and established Steelbank. The decision was taken to first test the business in Cape Town and with a bit of a shaky start, we quickly made vital changes and grew the business. We added key staff who, through hard work and perseverance, have put the company on the map. We have grown our stock range consistently with our client base, who have supported us all the way.

We have recently acquired the assets and employees of Pro Trading, an existing stainless steel and aluminium supplier in Johannesburg. Steelbank stainless Pro Trading started trading, as a branch of Stainlessbank (Pty) Ltd, on 1 May 2014. The transition has been seamless, and we aim to improve on their already excellent reputation and grow the business by increasing our exposure into the market.

The business has grown tremendously in the last 4 years and has become a serious competitor in the Cape market. Through our core values, we have gained a great service reputation as well as trust from our clients. This has been the pivot for our success, and one that we continuously strive to improve on and grow further.
